The Librarian stuck out to me the most in terms of witchy themes. It’s beautifully made and delves into spells, nightmare spirits, mythical creatures, the undead, and has many witchcraft elements to it.
This show is definitely one that I recommend watching from the beginning to see the story unfold. Two more episodes that come to mind are season 5, episode 29: Sky Witch, and season 5 episode 21: The Suitor. This episode was storyboarded by Jesse Moynihan, and I recommend checking out more episodes that he worked on as he actively tried putting witchcraft and occult themes into the show. This episode in-particular stuck out to me as Peppermint Butler performs a spell and chant to find/destroy his nemesis. Their character designs/personalities blow me away, they’re a cute couple, and they use tarot cards and candles in the woods during the night. This episode has the first appearance of the Witches of the Creek. Episodes and seasons posted if you want to watch the specifics, but these cartoons are beautiful and worth checking out as a whole if you have the time and means of watching them: Craig of the Creek (2018) Looking for cartoons to watch that delve into witchcraft and occult themes? Then here are a few worth checking out that range from tarot cards to spell casting.
